Shipping Policy
We work with major international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These providers collaborate with local couriers in your country, allowing us to ship directly to your door and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Order Processing
We require an average of 5–7 business days to fulfill your order and hand it over to our carrier's sorting facility. In some cases—especially during major holidays or when items are in high demand—processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location and item availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following are average delivery times after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier:

Please note that delivery estimates do not include the 5–7 business day processing time. These estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, postal disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive tracking details by email once your package has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to appear or update in the system. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days after dispatch, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other clearance fees once the order arrives in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control these fees and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have concerns, please contact your local customs office for more information.
If a package is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred from your refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your tracking number shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier or shipping carrier to file a claim.
We rely on timestamped tracking information and carrier delivery confirmations when reviewing these cases. If you do not report a missing or damaged package in a timely manner, we may be unable to approve a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot make changes once the order is in progress.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct return shipping and associated fees from your refund.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, depending on availability and fulfillment location.
