Our guarantee covers products that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect expectations
– Misuse, accidental damage, or modification after delivery
– Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function
This policy protects our customers against genuine product defects while ensuring fair and consistent handling of all claims.
Returns
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return:

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping instructions will be provided if your request is approved.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or accidental orders.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or changed.

European Union Customers
If you are a customer in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
